Large-Scale Trench Heating & Pipework
Brooks were appointed to install trench heaters and all associated pipework at Oxford Redhall a major commercial development in Oxford. The scope covered forty trench heaters and six fan coil units all connected via pipework runs from the plant room - a substantial and technically involved installation.
The project ran from June to October 2025 requiring sustained coordination and careful programme management across a five-month delivery period.

The principal challenge was coordinating with multiple other trades working simultaneously across the same areas of the site. To manage this the team implemented meticulous pre-planning and daily on-site coordination meetings ensuring works progressed without conflict and that pipework routes were agreed and protected throughout.
The project was delivered on time and within budget with all forty heaters and six fan coil units connected and commissioned to programme.
