Full Building Mechanical Pipework Contract
Brooks were awarded a mechanical pipework installation contract by Multiplex at One Nine Elms - one of London's most significant residential developments located on Nine Elms Lane in Vauxhall. The scope covered the complete installation of heating chilled water and domestic pipework from the plant room throughout the entire building.
The scale of the project was considerable spanning five years from 2019 to 2024 and requiring a sustained highly organised approach to delivery across every floor of the development.

The project presented significant logistical and technical challenges throughout - particularly the installation of large-diameter pipework in areas with tight space constraints which demanded precise planning and a methodical approach at every stage of the programme.
Despite the complexity and duration of the contract all works were delivered on time and within budget reflecting the team's experience in managing large-scale mechanical installations in demanding environments.
