New Gas Line Installation in Stainless & Mild Steel
Brooks were appointed to design and install a new gas line at the Martin Baker facility in Denham - a specialist aerospace manufacturer with exacting standards and a site that presented a number of significant installation challenges. The pipework was installed using a combination of stainless steel and mild steel to meet the specific technical requirements of the site.
With the client's facility in continuous operation all works had to be carefully planned to avoid any disruption to manufacturing activities.

The project involved two particularly demanding elements - high-level pipework installation above live machinery and underground pipe runs carried out in full compliance with current gas regulations. Both required precise sequencing and careful execution to complete safely without impacting the client's operations.
The entire project was delivered within a two-week window over the Christmas and New Year shutdown period completing on time and within budget to a standard the client was very pleased with.
