Complete Bathroom Strip-Out & Renovation

Brooks were appointed to carry out a complete bathroom renovation at a residential property in St Albans undertaking a full strip-out back to joists and original walls before installing an entirely new suite.

The scope included a new bath toilet and basin with the toilet and basin repositioned as part of the new layout. All existing steel hot and cold supply pipework was removed throughout the project replacing decades-old steelwork with modern pipework as part of a thorough and comprehensive renovation.

Modifications to the outside toilet and waste stack added further complexity requiring careful adaptation to ensure everything connected correctly. Completed within two weeks the client now has a fully modernised bathroom with all legacy steelwork removed new pipework throughout and a fresh suite installed to a high standard.
