Back Boiler Replaced with Modern Combi & Smart Controls
Brooks were appointed to replace an ageing back boiler at a residential property on Icknield Way Letchworth upgrading the home to a modern energy-efficient combination boiler with smart heating controls.
The new boiler was to be installed in the garage while the existing gas fire was to be retained - adding an additional layer of complexity to the scope. New pipework needed to be run from the kitchen area through to the garage requiring a practical and tidy solution that worked within the existing layout of the property.

The main challenge was finding a workable route to transfer all existing domestic services from the old back boiler location to the new boiler in the garage - a problem that required careful on-site problem-solving to resolve cleanly and efficiently.
The project was completed within two days leaving the homeowner with unlimited hot water on demand a retained gas fire and full smart control optimisation of their heating system.
